I’m a multi-passionate holistic wellness and seasonal living guide, enthusiastic about guiding individuals back to a sense of harmony and connection in their lives. My approach is rooted in self-discovery and deeper relationships with both others and the natural world.

Journey

Having navigated my own journey through chronic health challenges and burnout while teaching yoga and maintaining a full-time job, I understand the longing for a different way. A path marked by ease, alignment, and a profound sense of connection. A space where movement feels like a homecoming, and everyday mundane moments shimmer with magic.

I offer a blend of movement practices, mindfulness, and accessible rituals, designed to support your unique journey towards greater well-being and balance. It’s not about having all the answers or promising a quick fix, but about being witnessed on your journey and providing tools and companionship for your personal exploration.

Approach

Amid the wellness realm and the rise of social media influencers, various misconceptions have emerged. These include the notion that being well is innate to certain people, that it’s a luxury reserved for those with substantial resources, and that it has to look a certain way to be effective or meaningful..

Seeds & Spells arose from my personal journey to creating a life of alignment, seeking a wellness approach that suits me, and a plethora of trial and error. From an early age, I struggled with a sense of discord between my body and mind. My journey has been one of learning to navigate a critical, restless mind, coming home to a body that never felt like it belonged to me, and embracing the complexity of a human existence while deeply experiencing the breadth of human emotions.
