Restore: A 6-Week Series for a Stronger Core + Pelvic Floor

This 6-week series takes a holistic approach to restoring core and pelvic floor health through strength + conditioning, functional movement and breath work. A perfect intro series for anyone pregnant, postpartum, dealing with incontinence issues, or other pelvic floor dysfunction.

Attendance at a September Core Breath Workshop is strongly recommended before beginning the 6-week series in October. We'll meet once weekly on Wednesdays @ 4 pm for 60-minute sessions at Changing Tides (601 E Pioneer Ave, Suite 214, Homer). Classes will cover:

  • Targeted pelvic floor exercises to improve strength and control
  • Core strengthening and stabilization exercises
  • Breath awareness and relaxation techniques
  • Yoga poses to enhance mobility and mind-body connection

With small class sizes, you'll receive personal attention and guidance from an instructor specializing in female pelvic health. Regain your core confidence, reduce issues like leaking or heaviness, and cultivate body awareness.
